If you donate and have not already registered, you will receive periodic updates and communications from Kennedy Krieger Institute.

5K Run 

Participants can opt to run in the 5k road race. There will be a water stop at the halfway point. Awards will be given to the top three overall males and females, and the first place males and females in the following age groups: 10 and under; 11-15; 16-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70 and over. Check-in and registration begin at 7:00 a.m. The race will start at 8:00 a.m.

Low Mileage Fun Walk
Our low mileage fun walk will begin immediately following the start of the 5k race at 8:00 a.m. and all families are encouraged to participate! The distance will be less than one mile and will take place both on and off a paved road.

Family Festival
Whether you want to stop by after your run or walk, or spend your whole day at the festival, the Family Festival has something for everyone! There will be music and family friendly entertainment including face painting and a balloon artist. Additionally, there will be many children's activities including a coloring station, a bean-bag toss, oversized croquet, and much, much more! Oregon Ridge Park is home to one of the area's best enclosed playgrounds that you will be able to take advantage of during the event. The Wegmans Wellness Village is a family festival feature not to be missed! Stop by and grab a handful of their FREE and HEALTHY samples!This year's event will once again feature the ROAR for Kids Mascot Challenge! Join us from 8:30 a.m. -11:30 a.m. to experience all the excitement of the Family Festival!

Beaver Dam Roads will be closed from 7:45 a.m.-9:15 a.m. This means there will be no access TO or FROM Oregon Ridge during this time. Please plan accordingly.

Packet pickup will be available for all participants at Charm City Run’s Timonium location (2045 York Road Timonium, MD 21093) on Friday, April 28th from 3-6 p.m. There will also be onsite packet pickup at Oregon Ridge Park the morning of the event.
